Popeye's beer bar in Ryogoku offers an '
Oh Sama set'. This means a free small meal with every beer that is marked with a crown on their menu (until 8pm). Out of up to 70beers, they have around 8 or more marked with this offer. Food varies from sausages to fried chicken to a small sized pizza. Not quite a happy hour as such but certainly adds to the value.
